This location is perfect to enjoy the “Sugar White Sands” and the Boardwalk of Clearwater Beach. You can sit on the deck or in the living room and enjoy the tranquility of the water while watching for dolphins and manatees to go by. The rooftop terrace allows for eating outside, sun bathing and conversation with family or friends, or just enjoying the sunset or beautiful view both day and night. About the Owner

We moved to Clearwater Beach in 2005 to enjoy sailing and all that the beach life has to offer. When we are sailing in the Bahamas/Caribbean, we offer our townhome for rent so others can enjoy the same amenities that we do. Clearwater Beach has so much to offer the entire family, so we have furnished our townhome to do the same.
